What you get

Safety hook

Runs before every tool call. Secrets, rm -rf, curl-to-shell, force-push and settings edits are blocked. If the hook fails, the action is blocked, not allowed.

Proof-of-done

An agent can't finish until a proof file passes. Every false "done" is logged and counted.

Cheap reader

Reads over 350 lines go to a low-cost subagent that returns a summary. Your expensive model stops paying to scroll.

Morning trace

Self-hosted Langfuse: every step, block and dollar in one view. No vendor sees your code.
